PACT Act Performance Dashboard

The PACT Act is a new law that expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances. The PACT Act adds to the list of health conditions that we assume (or "presume") are caused by exposure to these substances. This law helps us provide generations of Veterans—and their survivors — with the care and benefits they've earned and deserve.

VA publishes the PACT Act Performance Dashboard every other Friday to measure the implementation of this legislation and showcase its impact on Veterans and survivors. As part of VA’s commitment to transparency, we are sharing the same dashboard both internally and externally to maximize accountability to the Veterans, families, caregivers, and survivors we serve.

VA will not rest until every Veteran gets the toxic exposure-related care and benefits they deserve. To apply today or learn more about what the PACT Act could mean for you, visit VA.GOV/PACT or call 1-800-MYVA411.

Quarterly Demographic Supplement to the VA PACT Act Performance Dashboard

To help understand how the PACT Act is helping VA serve all Veterans, on a quarterly basis starting in September 2023, we are publishing a supplement to the dashboard that includes demographic analysis of key metrics.

Archived Issues

Please note, the dashboard is evolving over time to include more metrics, so past issues may have a different mix of metrics than the current issue. Also, some metrics such as the state-by-state geographic analysis are included in alternating issues.
